Ever since I got a hold of the lovely stock from =
PirateLotus-Stock I've been having an idea about making some kind of pirate scene with it.
But as usual when i start a work my imagination runs off with me and I desperately wanted to make some kind of space art into it, so I decided to combine the themes making a futuristic, exploration scene.
Everything used is photos this time (almost no painting at all) except the planet which I rendered in Terragen 2 and the stars and nebula that are painted by hand.
