Travel plans

This is my entry for the "Steampunk Aquatik Contest" over at

I chose to do a snapshot from an inventor who has worked on several different prototypes of sea vessels and who is trying out the models by the harbour of the city she lives in. Being part of a team that builds the great vessels for future travels of explorers, she is part of the most important sea-linked businesses of the time.

I was trying a slightly unique approach to the Aquatic theme and I hope you like it

**UPDATE NOTE** Gaaahh why does all my images become so pink when i upload them to dA? It's really not this pink, it's more yellow brown...and i have tried to correct it but ist still turns it pink
