We are finally live on the Steam store with the game I've been working on for the last 2,5 years! It would be incredibly helpful if you are a Steam-player and you would check us out and consider adding our game to your wish list. I can finally reveal what I have been up to lately, I've been working extremely hard on a 2D digging, puzzle game for PC with my partner Rob and it is called "Something Ate My Alien" or S.A.M.A. for short.
As the only artist in our 2 man team "RoKabium Games" I have done every artwork and design in the game including things such as sprites, UI, player, logo, backgrounds etc.

There is some exciting news I wanted to share with you fellow artists, friends and visitors.
Ever since I went down the path of becoming a digital artist I started collecting photos from everyday life and travels to be able to use these photos in my art projects. As the years has gone by I have gathered a stock library of more than 60 000 photos and still counting. I’m sharing around 1000 of them for free here on deviantArt so that others like myself, can use them for creating artworks.

I'm actually planning to do the same thing with my stock, DamselStock. I would like to be able to sell commercial licenses of my stock, especially child stock, on my own website to avoid the whole DeviantArt Points to Dollar conversion fees. I also do not like having to wait 15 days or so in order for a sale to "clear."
Did you create your shopping cart system yourself or did you hire a designer or use a pre-built shopping cart system? I'm trying to research which shopping cart system would be best for stock.
